IU · Campus life & leadership

Since 1956, the Student Athletic Board (SAB) has been the spirit behind IU Athletics, uniting students in support of all 24 varsity programs and creating the energy that makes game days unforgettable. With a board of 18 Directors, 33 Chairs, and more than 1,000 Crimson Guard Members, SAB offers students unique opportunities to work alongside student-athletes, coaches, marketing teams, and athletic department leaders while gaining an inside look at Indiana Athletics.
