We Are Moving The Needle at Indiana University is a student-run chapter of the We Are Moving The Needle nonprofit, supporting women, trans, and non-binary creators in music and audio. Our mission is to create a more inclusive and equitable recording industry by building community, providing access to resources, and fostering professional growth.
