A downtown Bloomington street the City runs as a shared street for pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders and drivers. Under the City's 2026 Downtown Activation Program, restaurants on it could add outdoor-dining parklets from April 9 to November 9, alongside pop-ups and seasonal events.
