IU's first recreational sports facility, across from the IMU. Formerly the Wildermuth Intramural Center, renamed in 2018 for Bill Garrett. Strength and cardio spaces, ten basketball/volleyball courts, Royer Pool, an indoor track, dance studios and racquetball and squash courts.

Built in 1995 and student-funded. Strength and cardio areas, group exercise studios, five basketball/volleyball courts, racquetball, wallyball and squash courts, an indoor track, a futsal court, and the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center's Olympic-size pool and diving well.
